Refund & Returns Policy – Intimate Store

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return option for eligible products.
You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item or variant

  • The product was unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For customer health and safety, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items without original seal or packaging

  • Personal wellness products exposed to body contact

  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers.


4. How to Request a Return

To request a return within the 7-day window:

  3. Attach clear photos/videos showing damage, defect, or incorrect item

5. Return Approval

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • Courier pickup or drop-off details will be shared

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after:

  • We receive the returned item

  • The product is inspected and verified

  • Approval is granted by the quality team

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.


7. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A new product will be shipped after the returned item is inspected

  • Replacements are subject to availability

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued


8. Damaged Packaging

Minor damage to external courier packaging is not eligible for return if the product inside is intact.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 business days
